Job Description
We are looking for an experienced recruiter to identify
top talent for our company. The
recruiter is responsible for recruiting candidates for positions
at Banctel.com, while ensuring that recruiting practices
are in compliance with EEO and ADA guidelines. The
individual operates under little supervision and works side
by side with other staff involved in the recruiting process. This
person will use a resume tracking system and automated recruiting
tools as well as be responsible for continuous innovation
of processes and policies related to the recruitment and
new hire process.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruiting
- Source candidates through cold calling, direct sourcing,
networking, Internet searches, database searches and other
methods to attract top talent
- Screen resumes to determine match with open positions
- Conduct phone interviews to qualify candidates and make
recommendations to hiring managers
- Schedule interviews using MS Outlook and ACT, our resume
tracking system
- Work to create recruiting/sourcing strategies to fill
positions
- Post open positions on Internet sites and internal website
- Remain current on changes in internal business structure
and hiring plans to ensure timely and effective recruiting
strategies are in place
- Make recommendations to senior management on how to increase
effectiveness and value add of recruitment processes
- Responsible for creating and communicating meaningful
metrics to senior management, measuring the effectiveness
of recruiting processes
- May be responsible for other HR duties
Qualifications
- BA or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years recruiting experience in fast paced, high performing
environment
- 2 years experience with resume tracking systems
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet usage experience
required
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have proven effective warm and cold calling skills
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills required
- Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management
skills
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience

Hours
We work three shifts:
* 9:00am - 5:30pm
* 11:00am - 7:30pm
* 12:30pm - 9:00pm
