makes primary voice contact with the borrower to survey
their current mortgage needs, verify the accuracy of
the data originally submitted online and obtain permission
for a number of lenders to contact them directly to compete
for their business.
- Each refreshed and completed validation
is transmitted in real time back to the lead vendor.
