Banctel HELOC Process
Our clients provide Banctel with prescrubbed leads based
on their underwriting requirements for a second. The HELOC
leads are new mortgages (through both retail and/or wholesale
channels) that have been originated typically within the
past 30 days that don’t take advantage of a simultaneous
close.
Option One:
- Banctel agent makes primary voice contact.
- Banctel agent probes for a need.
- For those that say “yes”, the borrower is transferred
into our client's inbound call center to speak with a mortgage
specialist to take the next step. The Banctel agent introduces
the borrower to the mortgage specialist and bows out of the
line, so that the mortgage specialist can handle the borrower’s
needs.
Option Two:
- Banctel agent makes primary voice contact.
- Banctel agent probes for a need.
- For those that say “yes” Banctel forwards
by mail a prepopulated application to the borrower.
- Banctel agents perform 100% of the doc chasing services
to deliver a completed HELOC application package to our
client's processing department.
Option Three:

establishes a closing date and time.
