Banctel.com has developed an integrated HELOC marketing program designed to cross-sell your existing servicing portfolio. Many companies find Banctel’s HELOC program a welcome additional revenue stream to add HELOC business to their portfolio.

Targeting Your Servicing Portfolio
One of the most important elements of our HELOC program is selecting your prospects. With years of experience, Banctel.com has invaluable experience and knowledge in analyzing your existing servicing portfolio and boiling it down to a performing list. A quality list means lower costs and more profitable sales.

Banctel HELOC Process
Our clients provide Banctel with prescrubbed leads based on their underwriting requirements for a second. The HELOC leads are new mortgages (through both retail and/or wholesale channels) that have been originated typically within the past 30 days that don’t take advantage of a simultaneous close.

Banctel’s offers three levels of service for our HELOC program:

Option One:

  1. Banctel agent makes primary voice contact.
  2. Banctel agent probes for a need.
  3. For those that say “yes”, the borrower is transferred into our client's inbound call center to speak with a mortgage specialist to take the next step. The Banctel agent introduces the borrower to the mortgage specialist and bows out of the line, so that the mortgage specialist can handle the borrower’s needs.

Option Two:

  1. Banctel agent makes primary voice contact.
  2. Banctel agent probes for a need.
  3. For those that say “yes” Banctel forwards by mail a prepopulated application to the borrower.
  4. Banctel agents perform 100% of the doc chasing services to deliver a completed HELOC application package to our client's processing department.


Option Three:

  1. Banctel agent makes primary voice contact.
  2. Banctel agent probes for a need.
  3. For those that say “yes”, the Banctel agent establishes a closing date and time.


HELOC Successes:

  1. 50% first-day contact rate (work and home numbers provided).
  2. 70-80% three-day contact rate (work and home numbers provided).
  3. 30-35% of the borrower’s contacted say “yes” they want to take the next step.
