Job Description

Call Center Agents contact our clients’ customers to present mortgage options, which help them save money. Our call center culture operates in a scripted and structured environment and our employees are entrusted to achieve specific results each day (call, contacts, conversions), which translate into meeting our clients’ objectives. Banctel.com provides on the job training.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal communication, problem solving and listening skills. The candidate will have a desire to learn and make a difference every day with a strong work ethic and mental toughness. Previous outbound telemarketing experience and quota achievement a plus, but not required.

Hours

We work three shifts:

* 9:00am - 5:30pm
*
11:00am - 7:30pm
*
12:30pm - 9:00pm

Salary

$10.00/hour + performance-based bonus, earned and paid semi monthly.
